Are You Going Away This Summer?

If you think that you will be requiring travel vaccinations, please submit a travel assessment form ideally at least 6 weeks before you travel. Visit our Travel Vaccinations page for more information.

We have been looking at how we can improve access to Practice services; Doctorlink is our new online service where you can access advice, undertake a symptom assessment, where the outcome will direct you to the right treatment, whether emergency care, your GP, Nurse or self care. If your outcome indicates that an appointment is required, you simply click on the request appointment link.

We are a Park Run Practice!

The Park Run Practice initiative  has celebrated it's first anniversary! Click here to read how it went.
Don't forget to come and join us on the first Saturday of each month at the Marlborough Common Park Run or click Park Run Practice for more information.

Have Your Say.

Attached Staff

Mrs Sarah Davey (f)

Sarah is one of our Care Coordinators. She is responsible for liaising with hospitals regarding the safe discharge of patients to home following an inpatient stay, and ensuring that the correct care packages are in place to help patients remain living independently and safely at home. Her follow up with these patients will generally be for a six week period post-discharge, at which time continued contact may be handed over to our other care coordinator, Mary Soellner.

Mrs Mary Soellner (f)

Mary is the Practice Care Coordinator for patients that may have already been seen and followed up by Sarah Davey. Mary's patients will generally be patients that may be living at home with little or no social contact. Mary is able to visit these patients and sign post them to third party organisations that may be able to help with socially related issues, such as heating in the home, Age UK befriending service, Bobby Van and Wilts Fire and Rescue for safety features in the home.

Mary is also able to introduce patients to local groups that meet socially in the Bedwyn area, to ensure that they are more integrated into the fabric of village life.
