Register as a New Patient
The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area. Please use this link and enter your postcode to check if you are within our catchment area. If you are moving, you may still remain as a patient as long as you are moving within our Contracted Boundary limits.
Alternatively you can view this map to see our contracted catchment area - outlined on the map in green, with the outer boundary indicated in purple.
Online Registration Form - select register with this Practice
As it often takes some time for records to be forwarded from your former practice all newly registered patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and are offered a consultation with the Practice Nurse for a New Patient Health Check.
Patients away from home
If you are ill while away from home, or if you are not registered with a doctor but need to see one, you should call the National number 111, where they will advise and/or direct you appropriately.
We do not take temporary registrations, but will help you on the same day if you have an acute problem (for example a possible new chest infection) and are staying within our catchment area, within our opening hours.
For ongoing health problems or your regular prescriptions you should contact your own GP Surgery.
If you are unsure we would advise you to call 111 for advice, or our Reception Team on 01672 870388.
Non English Speakers
These fact sheets have been written to explain the role of UK health services, the National Health Service (NHS), to newly-arrived individuals seeking asylum. They cover issues such as the role of GPs, their function as gatekeepers to the health services, how to register and how to access emergency services.
Special care has been taken to ensure that information is given in clear language, and the content and style has been tested with user groups.
